This existing brick veneer house needed reorienting to improve access to sun, light, breezes and the distant water view. The result is a transformed indoor outdoor living space featuring open plan kitchen, living and verandah spaces, a ventilated clerestorey roof, elegant detailing and natural timbers to compliment the natural bushland setting.
