The overseas owner fell in love with the original 1950’s beach shack on this oceanfront property and wanted to retain it’s charm, simplicity and scale. From this starting point, the design progressed to accommodate contemporary requirements and expectations. The result is a delightfully unique hybrid which sits beautifully on it’s site and compliments the personality of the owners.
