Located on a very steep site, the developers brief was to maximise the number of Apartments and provide each with the distant view over Ballina to Evans Head. The design solution was to stack the Apartments on top of each other so that the building form cascades down the hill. Curved roof forms, concrete balconies and shaped windows soften the building mass and are expressed in the interior living spaces.
